Snacking at Disney

My all time favorite snack from Disney is the half chocolate dipped Mickey Mouse rice crispy treat. They are delish. Last year when Tanner and I visited for a few days, we had a couple left over snacks on our dining plan. Of course, I stocked up on my favorite treat and we headed home.

I saved them for as long as I could, rationing them. I was sad when I only had one left..but I sat down on the couch, opened the package and was about to bite into my Mickey treat. Before I could even taste it, Hallie (our furry daughter) came flying in the air and took my last Mickey treat out of my hand.

I'm not gonna lie, I cried a little. And it didn't help that Mr Brown was cracking up. He just didn't get it. When I screamed out and teared up, Hallie dropped Mickey and ran off. It made me feel better to just theow it away where neither of us could enjoy it. And that's what I did.

Needless to say, day 1 at Disney involved the purchasing a Mickey treat and yes, he's already been consumed. Yum!

While these ride crispy treats are my favorite, Disney has a ton of good snack options.

I really like Dole Whips and I will get one of those tomorrow. Yummy pineapple goodness with soft serve ice cream. Mouthwatering.

Then of course you have the Strawberry Popsicle thingy (can't think of the name). That's a good way to stay cool while at the parks. These ice cream bars are usually sold at the ice cream carts randomly placed thought the parks.

Turkey leg really isn't my thing, but If I were going to eat a turkey leg.. It'd be a Disney turkey leg. Popcorn, big soft pretzels, cotton candy.. You can't go wrong when you're snacking at WDW. They really have a little something for everyone. :)
