30A Again

Yep! I'm 30A'ing again. Yes, I was in New Smyrna, FL last month. And yes, Florida is my only vacation spot.  : D

Every now and then the girls get to slip away for a little getaway. Carlee, Debbie, my momma and myself headed down to Florida Thursday morning early. The 9 hour drive was crazy. Crazy fun, of course. My aunt Debbie has "basically bronchitis" and has coughed and talked and laughed like an 80 year old smoker. Being the kind sister-in-law, daughter and niece that we all are, we've been laughing our heads off.

On the way down we stopped at Chappy's Deli. I found it on Urban Spoon and it was delightful! We sat outside on the patio and had a great waiter that had wonderful recommendations. I had a turkey sandwich and a bowl of potato soup (plain jane). Oh and chocolate cheesecake, duh!

This is the only pic from Chappy's. Aunt Debbie at her finest!

We got to our condo at 5ish, dropped of the sickly elder and went to Wal-Mart to stock up on groceries. We came back home and I cooked spaghetti with meat sauce and mushrooms. Soo good.

We're staying at a condo (Adagio) rather than the beach house we normally stay at. We thought it would be a wiser choice for the 4 of us ladies.

This morning we woke up to some scattered showers and thunder storms. Mom and I did manage to get a quick mile walk in before it started coming down hard. We cooked a big breakfast and took a good nap after. Such a relaxing morning.

We all got ready and headed to Destin to do some shopping. We were out and about for 8 hours with only breaking once for supper. I made some great purchases and seen some super cute shops but the one that takes the cake is Ella Madison Boutique. I have been following this boutique on Instagram for a year or so and ordered several things online. I was so excited to see the things in person.

While I was shopping, I got the cutest video of Reese (my self proclaimed niece) saying she was getting a little sister! So, little sister Ella HAD to have an outfit. And  I had to be a fair auntie... So Max, Rylan and Reese also got something. :))

Rylan's outfit
Ella's outfit and blanket
Reese's J.Crew purse
Max's Polo jams

I LOVE shopping for all of these SWEET babies of mine. :)

I also bought myself a J.Crew hat and thought of my sister-in-law who wears hats like ALL of the time. So I went and got her one, too.

...and I took a mirror selfie pic to show her the adorable hat! In LOVE!

I ended the shopping trip with a Mrs. Field's cookie slice and sat in the car until the shopaholics were ready to leave.

Some of our bags. We have an addiction.

I will definitely sleep good tonight and pray for sunny weather when I awake.

I'm interested in blogging. Just about being a mommy and things of that sort. I'd love to learn some things from you.
